The estate boasts long traditions of dedication and love in the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in its own press in Loc. San Lorenzo. Over 60 years of experience combining tradition and the most advanced technology, allows them to produce a genuine olive oil of the highest quality. It is a yellowish tinged green, and the taste is moderately fruity and highly perfumed. It has a slightly spicy nip to it that lets the aroma linger pleasantly. The Azienda Giovani also produces other specialities such as Aromatised oils, bottled olives and cream of olives as well as biologically farmed extra virgin olive oil. All the labels bear the IGP Tuscan lable which is a guarantee of the origins of theoil, and of its high quality
