The farm extends on 36 hectares in the hilly territory of Suvereto and it has been practising rigorous organic agriculture for more than 20 years, producing Doc wines, extra virgin IGP olive oil, jams, spelt, and the vegetable concentrated sauce "Settegusti". The history and the traditions of this part of Tuscany allow the production of a first class extra-virgin olive oil, that can be appreciated thanks to the residence for farm tourism. There are 11 beautiful rooms and the three apartments near the vineyards, the olive groves and the attractive little pond where one can rest under the shade of a gazebo or fish. A stone’s throw away there is a small woods where a sweet donkey lives and it is perfect to spend some moments of relaxation and enjoy the splendid sight of the farm and the outskirts of Suvereto. Half board allows guests to taste typical Tuscan specialties such as spelt soup and the famous Scottiglia suveretana, flavoured with extra-virgin olive oil produced on the farm. The quality of the reception and the agricultural products have always been the characteristics of the Bulichella that distinguishes itself for its constant dedication to cultural and social activities.
